Merges neighboring skeins into one big skein: place it by the skein that should grow (within 3 blocks) — that skein draws threads from every neighbor within 7 blocks and merges with the nearest in a minute. Two medium skeins make a large one. Costs 10 flux every 10 seconds while it reels and 16 per merge. A skein with a Bower is only reeled for its owner and guests.
