Wheel Conduit

Spoiler: this is about the finale — the Restart and what comes after it.

A Conduit with a Hubstone in its socket and four lenses on the rim, one per Spring. In the Wheel mode it casts with all four at once; opposite Springs clash at the target without murk. Sneak and right-click for the next mode.
