The Atomizer

An Atomizer gives a potion as a cloud to everyone nearby and pays for it in distillate, not bottles: the pattern stays. It is a copper body with a glass flask and a brass nozzle. Put a potion in the flask as a pattern; a siphon above fills it with distillate of the potion's currents. On a redstone signal the Atomizer breathes a cloud of that potion out before the nozzle, paying half the potion's currents.

The cloud lasts ten seconds; rain washes it away three times sooner. A potion's currents are those of its last ingredient plus Brew for each brewing step: the Loupe on the atomizer tells you what a puff costs.
