A secret passage without doors: a wall of Seeping Masonry turns to water at its owner's word. Right-click it with a Conduit or give it a redstone pulse — the whole joined masonry, up to the sixty-four nearest blocks, weeps into standing flux water you walk and swim through. Once more — stone again.

The masonry's water does not flow anywhere and no bucket takes it; you cannot breathe in it, as in any water. It never sets on the living: whoever is inside is pushed out to free space, and if there is nowhere to go that block stays water. The masonry does not carry a redstone signal.
