Holding Chamber

Gathers a portion of twelve parts of any currents and gives it all at once, when the holder its outlet leads to is empty; while it gives, it takes nothing. So one siphon feeds the Crucible portion by portion. Fill it from above; siphons at its sides or under it draw from it.
