Totem of Tally
Keeps a farm from choking the world: no more creatures live in its circle than three per block of radius. Past that nothing is born — not from breeding, eggs, monster spawners or by itself. Empty hand: show its circle. Sneak: change the radius. Pays with the chunk's flux for each event it holds.
