The Meanders
Under the Gauge Stones the flux of the world does not run straight — it goes round in loops. The Reckoners built the Counting Ways there to set every current against every other, and in the heart of each loop they seated an Auditor to sum it up. The sum did not reconcile — and the order split. The loops still stand: in each, a Keywarden by the Descent Gate, an Auditor in the Heart, a Hubstone for his share, Reckoner coffers and a dark stone found nowhere else.

Loop chests
The world itself builds the loops, cell by cell, so they have no structure page. Chests and barrels stand in the rooms and halls of both tiers; the chance is to find the item at least once per chest.
